8. Business Listings
Once your business listing is approved you’ll receive and email notice. You are required to review the listing and correct any errors. The admins of the directory are to edit and remove any details that are not part of the plan selected for the listing. Such as links to items, products, maps etc.. the description is to be text and details of the business. When you login and make any changes to your listing the account will return to pending status thus hidden from all visitors until admins can review and approve the changes. This is done to protect our visitors from being exposed to non-family friendly information. There is a also a report button that visitors to the site, listings can click and report errors or the like for our admins to review. To abuse the listing, false claims, fake information will result in the listing being removed or banned for being listed.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, USA and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
10. Listing Removal
At times there’s a need to remove a listing listing that was either added buy your business or was added on your behalf so getting listed is easy. If you find your listing needs removed just contact us and make the request. We’ll will remove it within 24 hours and return the listing to pending status while we verify the request so it’s no longer visible to the public as we do not delete listings without confirmation from the listing owner. Please note that once removed it can possibly still show up in search engines. The entire process can take several days. We have no control over the content of search engines although we’ll ask Google to remove the URL of the listing from our directory. Since the search engines use bots to index listings they also use them to remove the result and can take place in a short period of time.

12. Why Not Approved Listings
Our directory is set up to promote Local Texas Businesses, their websites not directory listings of businesses, no directory listing links allowed, no other directories allowed. Must link to your own website or social media of your company, business or freelancing web presence. No adult, or illegal content/sites. No spam allowed, search your business before submitting as spamming a listing can get the listing banned all together or even remove the original listing. We reserve the right to deny service to anyone for any reason.
