I have to say that I never really know what to say about myself when trying to type these things out… but I’ll try to share a little bit of what I know and what I believe to be true and if that resonates with you, I’d love to meet you and see what we can accomplish together.

Perhaps one of the first things to know about me is that I LOVE my work. To me, there is nothing better than finishing a session and having a client get off the table with greatly reduced or zero pain and able to turn their head, raise their arms easily, stand upright, bend over, stretch and feel the ease of movement that they should always have.

​The thing, the message that I’d like to get out to everyone is that getting older doesn’t have to mean living in pain, that if you have muscular pain or headaches, you don’t have to live on an ever-increasing number of pills just to mask the symptoms of what’s really going on. (no, I’m not a doctor and I’m not diagnosing anyone… just saying that there may be other possibilities for dealing with your pain) It’s worth a shot, right?

No, massage is not the magic bullet, but done carefully, thoughtfully and with skill, training and experience, it CAN seem near miraculous. That doesn’t mean that I can alleviate the pain from a lifetime of abuse and neglect in just 60 minutes, but I CAN put a pretty sizable dent in it, given the opportunity.

When people come in with pain that’s been building for years or decades, it generally takes us a few sessions to get things turned around, but it is SO worth it to finally give your body the care that it needs to keep taking care of you. You truly have to decide that you’re investing in your future health and ability to move easily and well.
